How to get key services According to the Right to Information Act, 24, following the following procedure, citizens of Bangladesh can get the required information of any public and non-governmental organization.
Under this Act, you will need to contact the officer in charge of the concerned office / office to obtain information at any public-private office / office.
The applicant will have to apply the application form directly / e-mail to the designated officer in the specified sample / format.
The Designated Officer will provide soft / e-mail / printed copy / photocopy / CD copy information in the field within 5 (thirty) days, within 20 (twenty) days after receiving the application.
If for some reason the Designated Officer is unable to provide the information, the applicant shall notify the applicant in writing within ten (ten) days following the prescribed procedure / format.
If the applicant does not get the information, how can he get the rest of the service, if he is incapable of any kind then he can appeal to the specified authority (in the prescribed sample / form).
The appellate authority will settle the appeal within 5 (15) days of receiving the application.
